Today 1and1Mail announced a major upgrade of its email marketing software for small and medium businesses. The upgrade includes a revolutionary new feature called Auto IP Switcher that increases email deliverability rate to a new level.

"In an email marketing campaign, Auto IP Switcher can increase the inbox placement rate by at least 30%," said Bill Graham, CEO of 1and1Soft. "It ensures your emails will be delivered accurately and safely to your clients' inbox."

Auto IP Switcher prevents sender's email accounts from being blacklisted and enables email marketers to send more emails out per day. It is most effective when working with multiple free email services, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail and AOL Mail.

Multi Account Manager is another feature that differentiates 1and1Mail from other mass mailing software. Through accurate grouping and segmentation of sender's email accounts in Multi Account Manager, email marketers are able to better organize their marketing campaigns and reduce the risk of being considered as a spammer.

"Our goal is to minimize the marketing cost and maximize the email marketing efficiency for our clients. I believe the new version can significantly boost 1and1Mail's market share," Bill continues, "we roll out an upgrade every 3 months and each upgrade is based on hundreds of customer feedbacks and new feature requests. That's why we have been growing so fast."

1. How much does upgrade cost?

Upgrading 1and1Mail is free forever!

We, like you, hate ongoing costs (monthly charge, yearly renewal fee, etc.). Therefore, starting from 1and1Mail 3.0, we have decided to make 1and1Mail upgrade free forever.

2. If it is free, how do we make money continuously? Will we die soon?

We believe in word-of-mouth marketing. We believe as long as we keep improving our software and helping you save costs, more and more customers would come to us and support us.

3. How can I get the upgrade version anyway?

If you are 1and1Mail Free Edition user, you can always download the latest version from our website or other software download websites.

If you are 1and1Mail Personal Edition or Business Edition user, we need your help to perform a simple action before we send you the latest version. The action is usually like giving us feedbacks on how to improve our software or website, or something very easy to complete. The feedbacks do not need to be positive and we welcome negative comments or complaints. We sincerely value your input to support our ongoing development.

Usually, the upgrade version of Free Edition will be released first to the public. After sufficient testing and debug, we will release the final upgrade to our customers. The process usually takes 30 days.

Details will be announced through emails when the new version is released. The easy-to-complete action may vary every time, but do not worry! It won't take you more than 2 minutes to complete.

Have any thoughts or suggestions about the upgrade we offer? Send us an email at support@1and1soft.com.
